1. Can you describe your daily routine?

My daily routine starts at 6:30 AM with a light workout and a nutritious breakfast. I then spend some time reading or meditating before starting work around 8:30 AM. My workday includes teaching, preparing lectures, and meeting with students. I take a short break for lunch at noon, and then continue with my tasks until about 5:00 PM. In the evenings, I like to relax with a hobby, such as reading or cycling, before having dinner around 7:00 PM. I end the day by unwinding with a bit of television or a good book, and go to bed by 10:30 PM.

I feel quite satisfied with my daily routine. It provides a good balance between work and personal activities, keeping me productive and energized throughout the day. Having a structured routine helps me stay organized and focused.
